Technically yes, you could open carry if a business posts 30.06 but another part of this law is that a representative of the business (with managerial type authority) can verbally tell you that you are not allowed to carry, and it has the same force as the sign. So I would imagine if you open carry in a 30.06 posted business, you will be verbally told to leave very quickly.
If a business wants to stop both open carry and concealed carry with signage, they have to post both 30.06 and 30.07 signs.
I also generally ignore 30.06 signs when it’s a place I really need to go (post office, my son’s rec league basketball games) but if it’s a place that has alternatives available, I will always choose the alternative and not give the gun haters my money.
This is why nothing will get better. Everyone knows cuts to social security and Medicare needed to take place 10 years ago, but now that they have waited it now needs to be slashed to current retirees.

I don't know that I agree about suicide, but if BDD wants to run (which he does at this time), we know how he fights. He'll expose any skeletons for DeSantis in the name of self preservation. I don't like it, but we know it will happen. It would probably be better to let Trump make this one last run, and then have DeSantis run in the following one.
Of course, we've got a while to go before the next election, so anything could happen.

Lol. I live in Texas and didn't know what that meant. After seeing an example of one of those storefront signs I remembered seeing a couple, one at a mall. I live in a small town and everyone here carries and I the only sign I've seen here is a 51% alcohol sales signs at the bars. I venture into San Antonio every once in a while and usually only go to HEB, Walmart and Academy and haven't seen those signs at any of those locations. Unfortunately, we have a bunch of gun haters here in the GOAT and I'm sure most of those assholes aren't Native Texans....they can GTFO of the GOAT too.A sign that says 30.06 outside a store means no guns inside even with CCW?

Do you trust Desantis? At least do you trust him for a politician? He just seems like he would do everything differently than he says he would once he was elected to be president. Yes the KIA for Ukraine is reported at 350,000 plus by STRATFOR. These would be pretty much the numbers of KIA if USA entered as a ground war.
And Russia has the missiles mid and long range to do serious damage to the US Navy and US Homeland. They could sink quite a few Aircraft carriers in the first hours of the war.
USA would not be fighting goat herders but a peer to peer military.
Britain and France have said they only have enough ammo for a 2 week war a most.

I don't know how much I trust any of them. But at least he's making a lot of the right moves with his policy stuff in FL. Will that carry forward if he's the President? No idea. But who are the other realistic alternatives?
