As someone who comes down on Donald for his choices in personnel, I can respect that he has sent this message out. I am interested as to what kind of effect on the vote for speaker this will have. I would bet that we will see some more reps come on board with the steadfast 20 reps already going for another leader that's not named Kevin McCarthy. Trump is playing his audience here and the overwhelming majority want McCarthy out. (normal folks not in DC) It is the republicans in the house that keep up the McCarthy love. Good for Trump for reversing his earlier endorsement if that message is in fact real.

If you think Trump is solely blaming the losses on the pro-life movement, I invite you to visit his Truth Social where he points out claims and evidence that the elections were stolen daily.

That said, there is still room to point out people doing things wrong, like how many pro-lifers took the win and then didn't fight to maintain it, and how many Republican candidates botched the issue by allowing themselves to be painted at extremists without a counter. Which is what he did.

Either the elections are stolen or they aren't. If they are....and they are....then that is the only focal point
