Just read the brief from the Docket on the site.

Interesting read but I’ll file it in the “nothing ever happens” column.
What is smart about this Petition is that it isn’t arguing the evidence of fraud. The Supreme Court isn’t a trier of fact. The Petition is arguing that Congress didn’t investigate over 100 accounts of election rigging entered into the record by their fellow Congressmen, and the fact that they refused to even look into the allegations constitutes treason because they did so in order to install their chosen person, Biden, in the presidency.

May not go anywhere, but is a solid approach.

They could just rule against it and no one outside of people like us would know.
They will just be deciding whether to hear the case first. If they do, more detailed briefing and argument will follow. Or they can simply decline to hear the case. If that happens, you are right — it will disappear in the wind.

They will individually review it before then, and decide whether to hear the case during the conference.

Thank you

If others want to read through it, here is a link to it on the Supreme Court website: https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/22-380.html

Here is a direct link to the Petition PDF: https://www.supremecourt.gov/Docket...2243533_20221027-152110-95757954-00007015.pdf
Does it list Alma Adams just bc she’s first alphabetically? I’m actually in her district so caught me by surprised she listed against a Utah resident.

They will implicate themselves if they do not hear the case or hear it and rule against it...this could be very interesting. For what it’s worth, I’ve heard in other channels that it has already been heard and ruled on...we will see...

Are all soccer players just faggots that couldn't hack acting school, but still wanted to display their gayness in the public forum?

You're seeing the same in college football. With hurry up/no huddle spread offenses, defenders are falling down in agony, helped off the field, and are back in the game the next play as if nothing happened. All about slowing down the offenses. Players should not be allowed back in the game for the remainder of the series if they are injured, feigned or real, and require medical assistance on the field. Isn't it all about safety?

May be a stupid question, but does congress have a statutory duty to look into fraud allegations

Some absolute gems in this piece.

"Therefore, if subjects are panicked, concerned, stressed or scared of the vaccination, their arteries will constrict and become smaller in and around the time of receiving the vaccine. This biological mechanism (the constriction of veins, arteries and vessels under mental stress) is the most likely cause for where there has been blood clots, strokes, heart attacks, dizziness, fainting, blurred vision, loss of smell and taste that may have been experienced shortly after vaccine administration."
