Don't know about other states. In Texas, we do not have to declare any party affiliation. However, if we vote in one or the other primaries, we cannot jump over and vote in the other primary's runoff during the same election cycle.

I've voted in both the dem and GOP primaries and the runoff in the same primary. Occasionally, I don't vote in the primary election so I can choose which runoff to vote in.

In Florida you can only vote in the primary of your registered party. I’m currently a registered republican to vote against little Marco in the primary. Hopefully somebody running against him will put together a website at some point.

They should but the don’t always. My wife has seen some pretty sad cases in her teaching career. They should stop laundering money in foreign countries and launder it at home where it can help feed poor kids.

If you're an L, G, Q, etc, you can't actually get pregnant without the other sex, so you're out. If your trans, and actually had gender reassignment, then you're out. That basically only leaves the B, or Bisexual crowd, and since they're only into the opposite sex half the time, it actually affects them less than straight people.

Therefore, I'd say as a whole, this decision affects the LGBTQ+ community about 90% less than it affects straight people.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Val Demmings challenging for Rubio's seat? She would win the central FLA region because of name recognition, and other reasons, but if it comes down to it I'd have to vote for Rubio. I clerked for an appellate judge in the midwest. Even back then, I once overheard a law student talking to the judge. The student was basically just brown nosing but he ended up saying something along the lines of "You're really great, (whatever the word was), you should get into politics." The judge just stared at him in disbelief and said "what do you think Im in. You know we re elected right?"
