It just so happens that most of the updates are a rehash of Simon parkes videos from that day or day before. Pretty sure this one is from Simon January 16 update video.
Sometimes it is easier to take a minute to read the update than watch an hour video.

Jointbase has a website, they posted training through the 5th with the Army. My female friend in Mt. P. Sent a conversation about a nuke.
