"We did not find any evidence that World Vision intentionally sought to circumvent U.S. sanctions by partnering with ISRA. We also found no evidence that World Vision knew that ISRA was a sanctioned entity prior to receiving notice from Treasury. However, based on the evidence presented, we conclude that World Vision had access to the appropriate public information and should have known how, but failed to, properly vet ISRA as a sub-grantee, resulting in the transfer of U.S. taxpayer dollars to an organization with an extensive history of supporting terrorist organization and terrorists, including Osama Bin Laden. Our review demonstrates this failure occurred because World Vision’s system for vetting prospective sub-grantees was borderline negligent and ignored elementary level investigative procedures, such as failing to conduct basic secondary research that is widely available to the public on the internet via free search engines. 48"cliffs ?

When I was a kid my older brother had a black and tan. He did a lot of coon hunting. Actually the first dog I remember. I was pretty little so I don't remember specifics much but I remember we were devastated when she died. It's her coloring. Everybody thinks the same.
I always tell them to check out the ears and then I make her bay. Forget her ears, she'll blow yours out.
I'm nice enough to only get her going outside. When she gets going inside, she truly rattles the windows. That bay (and stubborness) is what she was bred to do. I ruined her. But every once in a while, she'll get after it. Not many raccoons or squirrels in my yard. Or deer.... or the coyotes that live in my back woods. She's from champion hunting and show stock. And she 100% rules our lives.
These dogs hunt mountain lions and bears. But they don't kill. You can hear them from over a mile away. And every coonie bay is distinctive.
And they're great family dogs. Stubborn and independent, but always wanting to please and instinctively gentle and protective of littles.
You could break into my house and she will welcome and lick you to death until you make a threatening move at me or my kids. She won't kill you. But she'll stop you in your tracks and hold you there.
Cool factoid: Black and Tan coonhound was the first of all 6 coonies recognized by the AKC in 1945 (UKC in 1900) and one of the few American breeds. The other 5 were finally recognized about 10-15 years ago.
Guinness's lineage is from that UKC recognized line.
What makes you say that? The NWO released the virus and then all their minions issued lockdown orders, killed economies and overhyped the actual effects of the virus tenfold. The virus really wasn’t that bad, the reaction to the virus did way more damage. And it was done intentionally.Dems had no idea the damage that was possible by releasing this virus on this planet. I hope they all rot in gitmo.
I agree. It's no coincidence the China virus has the properties that it does. They knew exactly what they were doing and chose a strain for the effect they desired (high infection rate so it would linger). What makes you say that? I know one person who died and it was my wife’s 86 year old grandmother who had dementia and has been in an assisted living facility for years.
When she tested positive they moved her to a different facility where she refused to eat at all and passed away about 10 days later.
it will come out in a few years that there are hardly any covid excess deaths when averaged over the next couple years. The long term damage that will linger was done intentionally as part of the response.
Grew up in Naperville so was a Cubs fan anyway. But once I moved to Jersey in 5th grade every day after school was channel 9 and the Cubbies. Loved the way pro sports was back then. Such a big fan I named my son after Ryno.right, exactly
Kids of the 80’s who loved baseball had Turner and/ or the WGN, for cubbies and the Braves.
I grew up on west coast, and due to Turner lots of Braves fans, and Dale Murphy fans, right.
And Murph was from Oregon too.
Those were the good old days of pro sports, was fun for kids, fun for the fans, the economic chaos of today was not a big factor like we see now.
What if in the end the interval is between the two accounts (bouncing back and forth)?ye
he has a personal twitter too now he sent out, you checking that one, I don’t do Twitter
For what it's worth...Yes, FEMA definitely involved.
Hey Ron Santo! Just now noticed the avatar. Been a lifelong Cubs fanatic since cable tv began pumping WGN into my sleepy little NC town.
Elaborate.Got confirmation that full DSCA has been implemented. Those that don’t know that’s when full cooperation between Title 10 & 32 is authorized.
Wow! Paris TN my hometown. I wasn't expecting that.Guinness is a black and tan coonhound. @Rebarcock. and I have and love coonies. He lost his beloved Pnut in a house fire.
(But rotties and dobies are great dogs)
She's always mistaken for one or the other due to her coloring and being a very rare breed here in Dayton. Her vet had to update his breed list for her. My husband drove to Paris,TN and back in one day to get her. It was that or sit through a gymnastics meet. He chose wisely.
I plan on getting another puppy when they have their next litter in a couple of years. (Same bloodline). She'll be registered Pint o' Guinness and will answer to Pint.
If I was a betting man, I'd bet there isn't going to be an inauguration on the 20th.Will this inauguration be the most world wide watched/televised event of all time? Sure has the build up for it.
If I was calling the plays, seems like the perfect time to call the EBS.
If you need something to get the blood flowing this morning, watch this asshat. Ol’ Squinty loves to lecture, oh and bring people together.
I love dogs and there seems to be high demand to post pictures and talk about our dogs. i think it deserves its own thread instead of turning this one into book face.
I think Joe should worry about his own health.
The deep state assassinating him and laying it at the feet of a “pro-Trump” guardsmen, or any pro-Trump individual would be quite the FF.
Huge narrative shift and places that cunt in the Oval Office without the 25th drama.
If I was a betting man, I'd bet there isn't going to be an inauguration on the 20th.
