When I was a kid my older brother had a black and tan. He did a lot of coon hunting. Actually the first dog I remember. I was pretty little so I don't remember specifics much but I remember we were devastated when she died.It's her coloring. Everybody thinks the same.
I always tell them to check out the ears and then I make her bay. Forget her ears, she'll blow yours out.
I'm nice enough to only get her going outside. When she gets going inside, she truly rattles the windows. That bay (and stubborness) is what she was bred to do. I ruined her. But every once in a while, she'll get after it. Not many raccoons or squirrels in my yard. Or deer.... or the coyotes that live in my back woods. She's from champion hunting and show stock. And she 100% rules our lives.
These dogs hunt mountain lions and bears. But they don't kill. You can hear them from over a mile away. And every coonie bay is distinctive.
And they're great family dogs. Stubborn and independent, but always wanting to please and instinctively gentle and protective of littles.
You could break into my house and she will welcome and lick you to death until you make a threatening move at me or my kids. She won't kill you. But she'll stop you in your tracks and hold you there.
Cool factoid: Black and Tan coonhound was the first of all 6 coonies recognized by the AKC in 1945 (UKC in 1900) and one of the few American breeds. The other 5 were finally recognized about 10-15 years ago.
Guinness's lineage is from that UKC recognized line.
What makes you say that? The NWO released the virus and then all their minions issued lockdown orders, killed economies and overhyped the actual effects of the virus tenfold. The virus really wasn’t that bad, the reaction to the virus did way more damage. And it was done intentionally.
I know one person who died and it was my wife’s 86 year old grandmother who had dementia and has been in an assisted living facility for years.
When she tested positive they moved her to a different facility where she refused to eat at all and passed away about 10 days later.
it will come out in a few years that there are hardly any covid excess deaths when averaged over the next couple years. The long term damage that will linger was done intentionally as part of the response.
I agree. It's no coincidence the China virus has the properties that it does. They knew exactly what they were doing and chose a strain for the effect they desired (high infection rate so it would linger).
I think the reactions were a two fold "experiment" if you will. They wanted to see how countries and societies would respond in conjunction with setting the table for the next one. Now people will be even more resistant to information and organized mitigation because they purposefully screwed the pooch on this round (IMO of course)

Grew up in Naperville so was a Cubs fan anyway. But once I moved to Jersey in 5th grade every day after school was channel 9 and the Cubbies. Loved the way pro sports was back then. Such a big fan I named my son after Ryno.

In 1969 while in the Navy in San Diego, 4 of us went to see the Cubs play the Padres. Military in uniform got in for 50 cents. Beer was 25 cents too. During the game the local Cubs fan chapter motioned for us to come sit with them behind the Cubs dugout and invited us to go to the team hotel after the game. The entire team was in the lobby talking with that group. I met Santo, Kessinger and more. Ernie Banks wasn't there. One woman said he was at a local restaurant. She took us down there and introduced us to Banks when he came out. The 4 of us and Ernie Bank walked back to the hotel then sat in a corner of the lobby and talked for 30 minutes or so. An absolutely outstanding man.

If he was somehow able to issue a country wide mask mandate, the Country should just go on strike. If it's so dangerous to be outside without a mask, it's too dangerous period for people to work. Two days max until it's rescinded?
