Cut off ALL federal funding to this shit hole and see how long it lasts.
Their leaders would likely support that, seeing as how they appear to be intentionally running that state into the ground. Sad how far, and how fast California has fallen.
Let them until there is federal legislation to ban it. It just means less Dim voters.
