Abbott postpones elective surgeries

It’s not the beds that’s the problem, or the general capacity. It’s, like every other fucking industry, people can’t find workers.
If anyone dies b/c of a lack of care at a hospital that mandated the vax those people should sue the hospital into oblivion.

Record low. So why are additional workers being called in?

Kind of makes one wonder why they are firing qualified/licensed workers due to vaxx status.

I am about cross-eyed at this point trying to follow along.

Probably a good decision to make room for all those vaxxed that are starting to fill hospitals similar to what’s happening in Israel, Iceland and other highly vaxxed places.

It’s not the lack of people here In Florida, it’s the lack of beds. We are still doing elective cases, just have to be outpatient. If you can go home after surgery you can have your procedure. Last time we just shut down.
