Sure, whatever you say Vlad

These guys make pretty cool videos of hypothetical war scenarios. This one with the Ukraine and Russia was from 2019, but nonetheless, is pretty good. I'm not sure how much the forces or equipment for either side has changed since that time, but either way, it's an interesting watch.

Per Biden's talk right now:

1st round of sanctions coming
-4 blocking sanctions on 2 large banking institutions
-cut off Russia's gov't from western finances
-sanctions on Russia's elites (oligarchs)
-Nordstream 2 will not move forward.

US will provide support to Ukraine, and NATO forces.
We're providing 'defensive' forces to the area, and do not desire war with Russia
Does anybody remember this? What a clown.

I heard a guy say that he thought Russia wanted to link Crimea by land.

Id bet they take everything from Donetsk to Kherson. That would leave them with a river/lake barrier to protect their naval base in Crimea from a ground attack. They may go more north of Donetsk depending on how pro Russian the next few towns are. Most of Eastern Ukraine is very pro Russian. So they could split Ukraine right in half... I could also see Odessa kinda wanting out of Ukraine as well and starting that snowball.

Yeah, I've seen similar in regards to access to Crimea. Depending on how far up the river they went, Kyiv is right on the river as well, so that would be a major undertaking.

I can’t believe it’s that high. We should not send one soldier or one dollar to defend Ukrainian territory. Let the Europeans worry about it.

Also maybe we shouldn’t install friendly regimes right next door to a country that might do something about it.

Seems like common sense to me. He wants a buffer from the pro western leadership that we helped to install.

Putin wants that whole body of water for himself. All he'd have to do is patrol that strait at Kerch.
