Thanksgiving week food & drink

I love deep fried turkey! It takes some work, and the costs have gone up a lot but man..thats some good stuff!

I like the addition of prime rib too. Nice work!
My BIL retired from a large hotel chain as food/beverage director. He tries to make our meals like a smorgasbord with several items from each food group. We always take home doggie boxes.

Our turkey gets injected with cajun butter and fried 3.5 minutes per pound. Always crispy skin and very moist meat.

I'm going to cook my turkey in a steam oven, so it usually only takes between an hour and an hour and a half. Keeps it really moist but still browns the outside to a good crispness. Not as good as deep-fried though
