The simple sauce:
28oz can of good tomatoes. I used the Gustarossa maters ordered last week.
1 tbsp EVOO
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper....I add a little red as well
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried thyme
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Mix it in a food processor or blender. No need to cook it.

About to cut
The only thing I can’t figure out is how do you know when it is done and ready to be nuked under the broiler?

You should go flex on everyone in the what’s for dinner threadI sent my Queen and daughter for a weekend of spa treatment at the Grand Geneva hotel at Lake Geneva, WI. Awesome place and my wife needs it after this tough week.
What better way to be a bachelor than to have pizza?!? Punched the dough down twice and rolled it thin with a roller. Super crispy thin crust and it’s really good.
