I've been pulling all week when on vacation. I was even pulling on the plane and a girl near me was just watching.

The only thing I can assume he was referring to was fapping. Anyone ever heard that lingo? Or does it mean something else?

I thought about that too. Can you bring vape pens on a plane? I know they're not supposed to be used, but will they go through security? I don't vape so have never looked into this.

Yeah, they go through security easily. Security doesn't want you to put them in your checked luggage because they do, albeit rarely, spontaneously combust. Hence, they don't give anyone trouble about bringing them on the plane.

Had a friend who was vaping on the air plane and the smoke alarm went off. Said an air marshall came back to check him out and asked him what was going on. The flight attendant standing there gave him an out and said "you were using hair spray, right?". Must have been in a good mood because he didn't get in trouble although im sure they could have made a much bigger deal out of it if they wanted to.

Update on the OP. I talked to him, and he showed me the text again. My original translation was a little off. What he was saying was that he was getting noticed by the girls a lot more lately, and that's what he was trying to text his friend about. In a bit of a run on sentence, he said that the girl on the plane by him was staring at him too. He blames it on his newer, slightly longer wavy hair that he's experimenting with.

I told him what some other interpretations of that word could mean afterwards, and he was like no, no, no. He said he probably could have used a better word, but definitely didn't fap or smoke on the plane.

He accidently texted me instead of his friend. Then saw his mistake. I give them privacy, but when it's needed, am not afraid to find out what's going on. I have pretty open conversations with them, so this wasn't that big of a deal honestly.
