From what i can discern, this proposed "Bill" equates to enabling - 'legal' - interpretation—as a legitimate crime—simply discussing whatever a selected - "reasonable person" - frames as being - "white supremacist ideology".

Basically, it would become a crime for two(or more) "white" "persons" simply talking about "white" "person" related subjects.
