Awesome. Neighbors donated the butts. They ask me to smoke it for them. One butt for their family and one for mine. Love that strainer BIL got it for me for Christmas

What do you use for rub? I just went simple with garlic, pepper, onion powder and a lot of flaky salt. Thought about mixing up some injection juice but said fuck it since I can't even use the smoker.
