• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

I’d rather have Adolf as a close friend…

Than talk to a person who hordes leftover food after a company wide picnic. I get it, Yolanda, you’re poor as shit, but you literally just bought a case of ziplock baggies to take our scraps to your pathetic husband.

One of the welders that worked in the plant for a company I worked for brought Tupperware, and neither him or his wife waited to fill them up until after. One scoop of food on the plate, one in the Tupperware their first time through the buffet line. Twas truly a once in a lifetime sight, everyone was either laffing or speechless.

The only reason you would care is because you're a "poor" (as you would say) and you don't want someone else to take them. If you weren't a douche you wouldn't make a thread like this.

And this is why Tupperware sales folks exist. Very lucrative @Chris Farley ... just sayin’

Never been to a company wide picnic. I've been to many tailgates with large spreads which would be similar. I once took a cookie to eat walking to the game.
