• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Derek Chauvin Trial/George Floyd/Minneapolis

They waited until they had a complicit media and doj to get so in your face about it. Now they have zero reason to hide their true colors...the media will cover for them, and the doj would never investigate them for anything.
And the fact that pelosi didn't put a muzzle on them from the get go. She allowed aoc to start spewing her shit the minute she landed in dc shithole.

I haven’t been a lawyer ever in my life, but I assume as a defense lawyer in a trial that you save the bombshells right before concluding, right?

Looks like a other witness quoting studies that say knee in the back can’t cause asphyxiation. Only 23% of the weight gets transferred. Edit: his witness has a British accent so sounds he knows his shit.

Uh ohh,, the witness accent is South African and is from Zimbabwea.. now they’re trying to smear him as being apartheid.

Prosecution must have forgotten that the witness probably sees dozen of cases a week of people that were in old George's position and lived to tell about it.

According to every lawyer movie ever, the answer is yes.

Etc.

Shapiro ripped the judge on his decisions lately. He was pretty positive toward him early but said dude made a few decisions that just befuddled him.

I almost get the feeling they will throw the book at Chauvin and convict him on the most serious charge, but the sheep will still riot, and everyone will look at each other in confusion....
