Now, sitting on your ass in front of a TV playing video games or playing on your cell phone, all the carbs are not needed.I have at least 4 eggs everyday. The bioavailablity of the protein is one of the highest of any food. Knowing what we know now, this is why the government paints eggs as unhealthy.

Have they adjusted the BMI index? Seems like it was made when people had flat bellies and not rotund fatties.
