Honestly, until these activist judges are held accountable for continually setting repeat offenders free, trend will continue and law-abiding Americans will be the victims of this practice.

IMO, buy Greenland and put prisons there. I don't need to point out which segment of law breakers hate the cold. May help clean some of this shit up.

Generals get their orders from civilians. To be successful over the past 10-20 years those that were successful followed the rules. I have plenty of friends who were dismissed for being white, male, fighter pilots because they weren't playing by the so called rules. Those that played the game tried to walk the line, of course some went overboard and were exposed, but those that stuck it out were softening the blow but couldn't stop the wave of BLM, DEI, COVID etc.

I've sat on boards that required a specific quota or the results wouldn't go forward. Those quotas came from the civilian side pushing the military side to show the success of DEI. I also know some shit hot females that deserved to go forward, worked harder than everyone else because they knew they were in a mans world and had to perform.

All the Female Black Majors and Master Sergeants that ran DEI offices that felt they were running the Wings for their commanders because they had been empowered should be shown the door immediately if they haven't left already.

When I was at SOCOM HQ there was a "board" doing a study led by a black female civilian. The question posed was why aren't there more Black SOF troops. She didn't like the answers she received. SOF looks for guys that grew up in the woods, camping, shooting, working as a team. the best answer I heard was that blacks come into the service looking to work inside where there is air conditioning. She lost her mind, and then when questioned to prove the person wrong based on MOS's in admin and the people working in Admin she couldn't disprove the statement. I have no idea what happened with the study.

Unfortunately, what you are describing is happening in school districts, city halls, DA's offices, and many other places. It's being led by true believers.

I am tired of diversity of thought being pared down to skin color and who you have sex with. It is diversity of upbringing, experience, and schooling. People from the south do think differently than people from the North because of the environment. They approach problem solving differently and that is what I want in the room, not someone who is there because they wore a pink boa last night to the gay club.
 
Is anyone else tired of everyone you do business with wanting you to resubmit personal information they already have in their files? Or want you to fill out a survey? I've told many of them that they will hear from me if something they do upsets me. Otherwise, consider me as being happy.
