Unfortunately most of the guys that are great at pulling G's are short heavier guys.
I am torn on this policy. Hegseth has never worked on the flight line with a 20 year old working 14 hour days (just for training sorties) because the kid is trying to get his jet code 1 with limited parts and limited people so the pilot can actually fly. It's not the Army where PT is part of the day. So then the kid has to go to the gym, then go to night school because it is expected in the USAF that you educate yourself, and at some point see his family (if he has one). This policy is going to have a lot of unintended consequences for the USAF.
Oh BTW most of those GOs have been at war for the last 25 years and deploying which Hegseth has one. I have 18 deployments plus 2 remotes. The trying to fit everyone into one keyhole may not go as well as he hopes.
