I've also been poking around with it on my real estate investing side. It says it can analyze deals to see if they're a good deal or not. There's a real estate agent in Louisville that is using AI to take it to the next level. Had a meeting with him last week, and some of the things he does is nothing short of outstanding. He uses the talking version, and he bounces ideas off it on his daily walks.

We're in the process of selling a couple of houses, I may let AI analyze the deals based on different sale prices and see what it comes up with.

I have paid grok and ChatGPT accounts, Copilot (using a slightly earlier version of the ChatGPT model) and Gemini.

Grok is the best at research

ChatGPT is close in research, and maybe more concise. Also not quite as tuned in to current events. However it is better at writing documentation.

Copilot is great for integration with the Microsoft suite, summarizing meetings. But nothing else.

Google Gemini is the most eloquent for writing letters.

My company uses ChatGPT and Cursor in coding.

These things are incredible.

As I get more comfortable/familiar with how I can utilize them, I'm going to really take advantage. I'm liking the comparison aspect for my day job to help my people push our products over our competitors. Also had it analyze the houses we're selling and how they look to an investor based on different price points.

Also using it to help me design an Excel sheet to streamline the ordering process. Asked it a question, got a good response. Asked it to clarify and it did. Going to sit down this afternoon and see if I can assemble it.

Like I told my people Monday: "It's gonna enslave us eventually, but we might as well take advantage while we can".
