My statin story was I'm at the Dr. for a yearly physical.
Dr. "Because of your age you should be on statins!"
Me "Because of my age, or is there something wrong with my health that requires it?"
Dr. "Well, (looking at her laptop) there is a test you can take."
Me. "Well, let's be for taking the test!"
Took the test. Results ZERO plaque! No statins required, yet she was ready to script me!!
And people wonder why I don't trust Drs!
Time to get a new doctor
