Do you have any idea how hard it is to get a group of white or black guys to show up and work on a roof, siding, or any skilled trade job I complete 5-6 days a week every week?
Once the majority of the guys get enough money for their habit, and big gulps, you don’t see em again until Monday.
Will be a hell of a disruption if they send all the good guys that do good work home with the shit stains of their countries. If they do I understand it.

Most likely scenario is they know they broke the law witness tampering and coaching and this is their attempt to cover it up.
