Just watched a wild video on wolves near Chernobyl. Apparently scientist are finding out that we have natural protection against radiation. It wasn't every animal and every species but lots were able to repair their dna and to adapt in a way that radiation didn't harm them. Radiation levels were so high in a lake that they thought everything would die but fish are still in there and wolves, dogs, rabbits and squirrels still drink out of it. Some change color or other features but it's wild how awesome our dna is.

I’ll admit. It was tough to process/reconcile when I learned of it right after I got out. I was already bitter at losing friends that were supposed to have been released but were stop lossed.

Infantry commander to infantry commander, you need to pick one of these examples and get the entire chain of command – up to the four-star and down to the 03 – standing in your office at 0900 Monday to personally explain to you exactly why they believe they can disregard the commander-in-chief’s guidance. Jordan Peterson made the point that leftist cannot say when the left "goes too far". The fires in LA have made it clear that tons of them will not even admit they did something wrong. These people are in a different world. They don't think you can do anything to stop fires.... More water, clearing brush, building fire breaks, more firefighters, quicker response, pre-staged assets, burying electric lines, replacing wood poles with metal poles..... none of that would have helped at all in their minds.
