LULZ, one my kid’s friend’s mom was a CNA for 15 years and said fuck that shit and started her own care at home business. She’s a divorced black woman. She makes like $400K a year in her business - pays all her nurses 150% above the market in the area to keep them happy. So while I get the alert, it’s not a generalized truth.
