On boats with inboard motors, Gas vapor builds up in the engine compartment. Those boats have a blower that blows the vapor out before you start it. If you don’t run that blower and you start it, the spark can ignite those vapors and goes boom.
All EOs, pardons and clemencies should also be voided and prisoners sent back to prison to finish their sentences.
Don't think this is an option
If OBiden didn't sign them or if his signature was forged, I don't think they would be valid given only the President, not a cabinet secretary or staffer, can grant pardons.
