Maybe initially they'll set it at 100 million. But if that happens, I guarantee they won't stop there. Next it'll drop to 50, then 20, then 10, 5, etc. Eventually, it'll work it's way through the system until they've bankrupted the country. Pay more taxes, send them overseas, launder, and put back into the politician's and deep state pockets.

Between Almonds and Alfalfa takes like 80% of the water allocated for consumption. Then the lie about cities in the southwest running out of water is brought up as a scare tactic.
the kicker is these water thirsty crops are mostly for export. Reminds me of China 🇨🇳 starving their citizens so they could export crops and save face.
