Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

One the conversations wife had with my dr (her colleague and medical director of facility) was how abominable it is that the medical community has been politicized.
It is true that it is terrible, but the people making the decisions are all financially motivated. Hell yes the they want the piggy bank to subsidise a quadrillion dollar vaccine for a virus that they have a patent on.
I cant look into their souls to see who is righteous and not. I can look at their history from selling snake oil to now. They sure as hell missed on marijuana for a ~100 yrs. They cant figure out cancer or HIV or a host of other calamities.
They = the people making policy decisions, not the dr in the exam room.
I have no idea what he was thinking. Thought the guy was smarter than that. Common sense has left the planet.

why would anyone take a vaccine when one has a 99.7% survivabilty rate against corona if your 20 yrs and under and a 99.4% survivability rate between 20-50 yrs
why would anyone take an unproven untested vaccine? and the manufactureers and shielded from any liabilities
why not just take a proven medication which has been around for 65 yrs and cost $3 a dose (hydroxycholoquine), because theres no profits to be made with HCQ
why would you take a vax where gill bates has 5 patents on? the same gill bates that has practiced eugenics, which is population control
so all of the sudden the computer genius is a doctor/scientist now?
I will advise you like others who have the same concerns. Do what you are comfortable with, not what anyone else thinks you should do. If you feel you should get the vaccine, go get it. If you don't want it, don't get it. Think for yourself and stick your own convictions. If the people in your life care for and respect you, they will understand.

I’m with you on travel restrictions. My wife and I refuse to get the vaccine (will not allow our two teenage boys to get it either. We dont trust the additional components of the vaccine And see no need for it with a virus that is 99.8% survivable. All four of us already had it in November anyway. My wife and I want to travel to Excellence in Mexico again and we are worried that we won’t be allowed.
Basically, Mrs. Harry said she was trapped in the palace and wanted to kill herself; British tabloids are mean because they published stories about her and her sister in law having a fight regarding wedding dresses; said there were concerns about how dark the baby boy would be; said baby boy would not be offered "security" by the palace. In a nutshell. Woke trigger words......feelings, victimization, racism, depression.
