I know. Still sad to see so many fall for his promise of liberation and lavish life of power.
I heard that there were UKr and Russian soldiers on islands in that river that have been inundated. Both sides claim the other side did it but Russia had begun attacking across a bridge on that river so any offensive Russia had planned on the south is done for a bit. Looks to me like Ukr just cut off Russia's attack so they could focus solely on the center and northern fronts.

That doesn't violate Third Amendment of the Constitution at all.
I'd argue since all people are considered part of the militia that putting anyone in a home is violating the 3rd. I'm not a lawyer though.
