Actually, that Order allowed ERCOT to dispatch generation units that would normally not be allowed due to EPA standards and regulations. The Order says that ERCOT can use any and all dispatchable forms of generation available (burn oil, diesel, etc., that are rarely used anymore), but limit it to only that level necessary to meet reliability needs of the region. In this case, that is everything available. NERC reliability requirements and EPA emission standards are often in conflict in severe conditions. This letter says that reliability wins over emissions, but only at the level needed to meet minimum reliability (customer service).

ERCOT couldn’t even meet the needs with this Order allowing them to burn pig fat and horse shit if needed.
Excellent summary. Thank you!

all the fighting amongst pubs and crats is distraction.
the idea that we’re about to lose our country is a lie, we lost it over a century ago.
slavery never ended, we have more in common with the slaves of the 1800’s than we do the founding fathers.
our masters are the invisible enemy multiple presidents have warned about before they were assassinated.
“Whenever Pharaoh wanted to prolong the period of slavery in Egypt, he had a favorite, favorite formula for doing it. What was that? He kept the slaves fighting among themselves. But whenever the slaves get together, something happens in Pharaoh's court, and he cannot hold the slaves in slavery. When the slaves get together, that's the beginning of getting out of slavery.” -Martin Luther King jr the day before his assassination.

Why not 1st degree?

n. although it varies from state to state, it is generally a killing which is deliberate and premeditated (planned, after lying in wait, by poison or as part of a scheme), in conjunction with felonies such as rape, burglary, arson, involving multiple deaths, the killing of certain types of people (such as a child, a police officer, a prison guard, a fellow prisoner), or with certain weapons, particularly a gun.

Cuomo's actions were deliberate and premeditated (planned) there were burglaries, arson, multiple deaths, and certain people were killed (police officer/s) and the weapon was a virus said to be worse than anything known or seen by man ever before in the history of the world.
Deliberate would be tough to prove in a court room.

Yeah its obvious to us especially when all the pieces are put together over years like we do here but if you were looking to get him on as much as possible I'd go 3rd (cuz I legitimately believe you could secure that conviction with a jury).

3rd just needs to be prove he was reckless which I think is unquestionable especially when you consider comments made by people 'in his corner' supposedly.

They couldn't make it any more clear they are gaslighting us here in the US over the issue.

Imagine how the people of Burma must feel being nothing more than currency used to inflict division on a country thousands of miles away just to provoke an intervention that will kill millions of Burmese civilians via sanctions, starvation, and bombs.
