The notion that children can properly wear a form-fitted N95 that effectively seals is both absurd and dangerous. And anything else will absolutely not work. There’s clearly an inverse relationship between safety and efficacy. The only thing that might possibly work will cause danger, which is why the federal government has long mandated very specific criteria for wearing respirators. “While some misrepresent N95s as masks, they are actually respirators and will require one to follow the OSHA requirements for respirators under the Respiratory Protection Standard (RPS) 29 CFR 1910.134 (e.g., written program, medical clearance, initial fit testing, annual fit testing, no facial hair, worker training),” said Petty in an interview with TheBlaze. Stephen Petty has served as an expert witness in hundreds of industrial hazardous exposure court cases and now serves as a witness for those bringing lawsuits against irresponsible mask mandates. Here is a list of OSHA requirements, per Petty’s presentation, that would have to be met for usage of N95 respirators: There’s a good reason why these requirements were put in place by OSHA. To the extent one actually properly seals an N95 respirator to the face (which few will do), it causes significant medical concerns. Just a year ago, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky swatted down the idea of wearing N95s. “They're very hard to breathe in when you wear them properly," Walensky said. "They're very hard to tolerate when you wear them for long periods of time." Thus, whether we are talking about masks or N95s, it’s quite evident that they are either unsafe or ineffective. They can often be both unsafe andineffective, but they can never be effective without being unsafe, unless worn by the right person with the right training in limited environments for short periods of time. And this is just the scope of physical harm. One speech therapist in Palm Beach County is seeing a 364% increase in referrals from pediatricians for babies and toddlers with speech delays. "It's very important that kids do see your face to learn, so they're watching your mouth,” said a clinic director and speech-language pathologist at the Speech and Learning Institute in North Palm Beach. How our governments can mandate something this immoral and illogical on our bodies indefinitely without due process, evidentiary standards, or a constitutional interest balancing test is astounding. Every state needs a constitutional amendment explicitly banning this from ever happening again. Biden promised 100 days of mask-wearing, but we are now approaching a full year without any end in sight. When this bullshit started 2 years ago, I said that these masks caused more harm than good. Was roundly excoriated. Besides not containing any virus, they were harmful in that they interfered with the natural CO2-O2 exchange by withholding CO2. One of the reasons many had headaches and other issues after wearing them all day. They were ODing on CO2...as well as re-inhaling moisture trapped in masks rather than exhaling to the environment. This moisture is one reason there was an increase in lung disorders like pneumonia. Either the medical professionals put lots of moisture into your lungs using ventilators or you did it yourself wearing masks.

When my company performed fumigations on buildings, houses or commodities, I was required to measure air concentrations to eliminate the fumigant before releasing the structures to the owners. The device I used could also measure CO2 levels as well as 50-60 other gases. I did an experiment using this device to measure CO2 levels with masks on and without masks. Without masks I could detect CO2 18-24 inches from my mouth. With masks, I could detect lower concentrations of CO2 in the air at the same distance. However, when testing under the masks, the CO2 levels pegged the meter. Yes, some was being expelled into the air but most was being retained by the masks and inhaled along with who knows what other pathogens these masks were collecting. Although I did not check N-95 masks I suspect they would show even higher levels of CO2 being retained given they are much "tighter" than cloth masks.

I’ve also read that N95’s are good for about 30 minutes and then need to be replaced. I will see if o can find the reference.

Few, if any, are replacing their masks, N-95 or cloth, regularly. Nor are they cleaning them. What people are doing and have done throughout is wear the same masks from store to store day after day. Any viruses or other pathogens which happens to be on the masks are being transported from venue to venue. Or taken home and laid on desks, countertops, or wherever only to bring Wuhan or something else into their homes and offices.

My girl came home for Christmas with Strep. She was getting worse 48 hours post antibiotics, so got her over to urgent care (pretty sure I already posted about the first doctor prescribing ginormous horse pills for a patient with strep, but I digress).


No lie…while we’re in the waiting room, am older gentleman (hacking cough) and his son just casually walked in for tb tests. They were very obviously recent arrivals to our country.

Excuse me? Why was this not screened for before they were allowed to walk into a packed urgent care office in frigging Kettering, Ohio?

I asked the intake nurse to call me when my girl was up. We’d be sitting out in my car. Most there followed my lead.

He's also extremely weak on the mechanics of banking and the Fed, as well as the Treasury and financing public debt, and it makes him state things that just aren't so. His high level conclusion isn't wrong, but he needs to educate himself on the subject matter. I suspect he's equally ignorant in other areas he claims knowledge, but I don't know them as strongly as monetary policy and Fed Reserve structure, so I wouldn't know if it were BS or not. But it makes it hard for me to take him seriously. I do think he's one of the good guys though.
