I’m thinking about a Traeger. I’ll be honest though. This year I decided to support a local smokehouse. It was easy and delicious.

I'm gonna smoke a 10 pound breast Tuesday in my Traeger. I'll let you know how it turns out. Didn't get to do Thanksgiving with my family, because I worked. So we're doing it Tuesday.
