I think you are correct as far as congress goes. She would need 60 in the senate. I would be willing to bet with the RINo's that reside in the senate, either would make it though without an issue. The only way to get either of those two to the presidency, they have find a way to do it without a national election. Less that 1% Harris was used by Brandon because of the color of her skin and the fact that he needed someone less likeable than he is because of his ever growing incompetence.
