Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Enoch is not included as scripture because in many places it fails the most basic test of whether or not something was inspired: it contradicts the rest of the bible numerous times.

Me and my brother, the chicken wing king of Charleston, tried to bottle my old man's BBQ sauce. With all the shit you gotta add it turned into ass sauce. So we stopped it immediately. Maybe some day when the integrity of flavor can be kept better..

Disgraced ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo is expected to be arrested next week and charged with a misdemeanor in the alleged groping of a former aide, The Post has learned.
The anticipated charge is the result of a probe by Albany County District Attorney David Soares, a source briefed in the matter said Thursday.
A spokesman for the state Office of Court Administration confirmed that a misdemeanor complaint against Cuomo “has been filed in Albany City Court.”
“As this is a sex crime, a redacted complaint will be available shortly,” spokesman Lucian Chalfen added.
Cuomo’s looming arrest is believed to be the reason that Attorney General Letitia James decided to tell a key union leader on Wednesday that she’ll launch a campaign for governor “shortly,” the source briefed on the matter said.

Let me add the shield maiden prefers mustard base sauce and she makes her own and it's killer. I do prefer vinegar and red pepper for pulled pork or whole hog, but my old man's sauce is perfect on big beef ribs and pork ribs.
