I'd use caution on slamming that whole structure outright. That dependability and work ethic is how the USA won WWII. Companies expect folks to show up on time and be dependable because it helps everyone to have a somewhat predictable rhythm to move business and projects along.
Also, until roughly 20 years ago, the focus in our public schools was still mainly reading, riting and 'rithmatic - the famous 3 R's. History and Civics as well.
There are true human nature (God if you like) reasons for this. Spoken and listened language is intuitive and comes naturally while written language and its reading need to be taught - i.e. non intuitive. Same holds for formal math - especially abstract math like Algebra and above. An educated country and work force is what lifts everyone out of poverty.
My proof of that is to have a look at Yemen or Afghanistan.

That's a big part of their gambit. Since it's not a rule, no one can challenge it yet; meanwhile, many companies are forcing the vax.

As a DoD civilian, we haven't received anything in writing yet. However the contractors that work under me are starting to get their vax or else letters from their companies. Expect things will start to blow up on 15 Oct.

How do we know all those people are innocent civilians? They weren’t vetted in any way. They know there are very dangerous people bringing people in and at best don’t care. At worst they are encouraging the human trafficking done by these dangerous people.
They know there are criminals being brought in and at best they don’t care. At worst they are knowingly facilitating the migration of criminals to this country.
In each of the above scenarios I believe the latter applies.
They hate everyday Americans. Just like Hillary does (if you remember the Podesta emails)…
