OSHA hasn't released the rule yet. It’s nuts how long it’s taking.
It would be considered a major rule change and should require congressional approval. Hopefully it gets thrown out completely.OSHA hasn't released the rule yet.
It will be in litigation the moment they do.
Is it just me or do the sunglasses/haircuts just give them away.
I'd use caution on slamming that whole structure outright. That dependability and work ethic is how the USA won WWII. Companies expect folks to show up on time and be dependable because it helps everyone to have a somewhat predictable rhythm to move business and projects along. This is so true. Describes our education system very accurately & succinctly. I also heard, maybe in this thread, that JD Rockefeller was a big part of how our school days are structured in order to condition the public to be good factory workers. Absolutely disgusting that we still teach our kids like we set it up at the turn of the last century, well over 100 years ago.

Also, until roughly 20 years ago, the focus in our public schools was still mainly reading, riting and 'rithmatic - the famous 3 R's. History and Civics as well.
There are true human nature (God if you like) reasons for this. Spoken and listened language is intuitive and comes naturally while written language and its reading need to be taught - i.e. non intuitive. Same holds for formal math - especially abstract math like Algebra and above. An educated country and work force is what lifts everyone out of poverty.
My proof of that is to have a look at Yemen or Afghanistan or California

That's a big part of their gambit. Since it's not a rule, no one can challenge it yet; meanwhile, many companies are forcing the vax.OSHA hasn't released the rule yet.
It will be in litigation the moment they do.

They would need to file more paperwork and then 4 judges would need to agree to hear the case I believe. @JayhoxWhat does it mean![]()
The fact is, the Biden administration isn’t gambling. They know these people are helping spread the China virus and at best don’t care. At worst they want them to spread it.The fact is, the Biden administration is gambling — gambling with the health and safety of Americans — that the illegals are harmless and wouldn’t harm a flea. Until, of course, they do. Then, it’s a terrible tragedy that no one could have foreseen.
