Any recs on areas close to MD Anderson that I won't actually have neighbors?
Buying or Renting?
How close do you want the nearest neighbor?
How far are you willing to commute to MD Anderson?

Def buying and hopefully neighbors would be out of sight completely but I'm willing to compromise some as long as the zoning is lax.Buying or Renting?

Welcome back to being an American. Don t forget the income tax was temporary too.My Twin is pretty militant about mask wearing, too. One of the pasty white overweight dumpling progressive chicks that works there double masks with a face shield. I shake my head at her every time I see her.
Good on you for no mask in HEB. This weekend will probably be my first run at that.
He's back (NSFW -Sound):
We need a grocery store wars thread. Publix harry petter , kroger, walley world,Aldis, heb, and the big one in St Louis. My aunt and GMA always talked about it. I cant remember the name if it....HEB has been great - the entire time have never worn a mask there said hi to managers and they've never said a thing.
Cannot say the same for Kroger.
I break it on purpose when i get a free one and put it on like a retard. They never ask BC I m blatant in my mockery. Like impractical jokers foolish. Ill drop it and kick it before i break. One night I was picking uo wine for my Mom and when the asked if i wanted a mask I told them to hold on and called my Mom to ask if she ordered masks. It was a big fiasco. The manager came laughing. He was ok w my half maskTotal Wine requires a mask though their store rocks and people are nice.
Just be prepared to move it if things get better.(2022) but I m fairly conservative w investing and agree.ive lost half a couble time since 1995Bond rates are supposed to rise considerably over the next 2 -4 years. We've already seen rates go up recently to solidify that.
Market is way down and wife and I are in an asset protect strategy. Growth (beyond 3%) is not a consideration we worry about.
Edit to add: As long as we don't lose half like people did in 08 I'll be happy. I believe the 'correction' will be quite large and last quit a while.
They are eating their own...

Hopefully no more than an hour from anderson.
Dm so people don't wig out a la dog pix.
I win either way under this approach.Just be prepared to move it if things get better.(2022) but I m fairly conservative w investing and agree.ive lost half a couble time since 1995
I hadn't read it all. You got a good handle.I win either way under this approach.
Everyone is going to do their own thing but the vibes I'm getting from my brother don't suggest that they expect things to stay as is or kosher.
I don't want people to get all flustered that I'm posting off topic so if you want to talk more just DM me.
That may be the best story of karma is real that I’ve ever heard. Thank you for posting this. Can we invite Mrs Herman to the party? She’s a milfy milf for sure.Today's Dope
Two liberal University of Texas professors wrote an op-ed - see here - even Forbes had harsh words for the buyout of Tom Herman's contract in during COVID plandemic.
Tom Herman's buyout was $15 Million.
Well there is a reason BMDs or Big Money Donors have "Big Money" like in Billions - they are smart, experienced and cunning in many cases.
Unfortunately for "Tito's" Tom Herman he found that out the hard way.
His arrogance and shitty job as a coach set in motion a chain of events which he now regrets.
See "Mensa" Tom must not have read his contract carefully - there was a "morality clause" in it.
The BMDs at Texas had heard rumors of his infidelity with Kendra Scott - yes the jewelry maker/designer that is worth a fortune but not nearly as hot as Tom's smoke-show wife.
Well these BMDs have access to the best Private Investigators money can buy and they spent some of their fortune on them to confirm said rumors.
My understanding is that it was extremely well documented with pretty photos and such.
Thus, when it came to "Buyout Time" the BMD's in a plausible-deniable way told Tom you have two options:
1. Walk Away With $0.00 in "Buyout"
2. Demand your $15 million and watch this big-thick incriminating dossier go public and right up your ass
Tom opted for "Option 1"
The best part is that somehow Mrs "Tito's" was enlightened to some of the information and on the flight home on one of UT's private jet after the Alamo Bowl she went "Cra-Cra" on him going so far as trying to open the cabin door and throw him off the plane - upon landing the pilot was so pissed he told them to get the hell off of his aircraft - as "Pilot in Command" he can do that.
So poor Tom's arrogance cost him $15 Mega-Large - likely will be getting served and will lose half he's made then had to take a job as a "consultant" for the Chicago Bears.
Moral of the Story - "Don't Mess With Texas BMDs"
Moral of the Story II - Never assume you are the smartest person in the room even if you have a Mensa Trophy
BTW Those professors need to STFU and let the "Big Boys" do what they do.
Will not reveal my source - but they are solid as they come and connected.
Trust @MortgageHorn - would not post bullshit.
Did you really think Texas was going to stroke a $15 million check and pay Sark his?
