There is no middle ground with some people especially Liberals.

But I would be willing to pass a federal bill that put a limit at 8 weeks with exceptions to the mothers health.

Also, the clinic should be obligated to make sure the women have a clear understanding of the dangers to physical and mental health the procedure can cause them. Much like cigarette companies being forced to put warnings on packs.
