When comparing the original ballots to the recount, we found a whopping 5812 that are just missing in the recount. And the pattern is just completely random. And in the recount, 1581 ballots were added that were not in the recount. These did not have the required 'duplicate' markings on them and did not match the patterns of the missing original ones. So you get a total of 6,362 strays/doubled ballots in the original. And 5,551 strays/doubled ballots in the recount. Weird how those numbers are pretty darn close! Below are a few thousand doubled ballots, but I'll be sending out my full Georgia report hopefully by February 20th.
