The axis of the earth is 90 degrees different from the orbit of the moon. The earth. Rotates on its axis.
The moon circles the earth somewhat on the same parallel of the equator. The moon rotates the earth approx every 30 days. The earth rotates every 24 hours. The moon does not rise. The part of the earth you are on spins so you are able to see the moon for about 12 hours of a 360 deg earth full rotation.
Happens all the time. Couple reasons why. Might have been put in a little too tight, maybe overstuffed a bit. You probably didn't do all your rehab as asked. The latter is usually the correct answer.
