Regarding the SC ruling, I believe it gives the state judiciary more power in state elections via redistricting/drawing new voter lines and ruling on mail in ballots, etc. Prior to this ruling it was the sole discretion of state legislatures. Of course they threw that out the window this last election cycle so who knows.

No. But, know a friend who did. Rehab after surgery took 8-9 months before he could swing a golf club. Tennis might be longer.

They've improved 3 months for tennis 6 months for lifting weights again

Still not happy about it.

Unfortunately everything I read and doctor says there is no other option unless I want it to get worse.
