Supposedly, Legalized weed outsold candy in this country in the last 6 months or so. Heard it on the radio recently and I do not remember the exact numbers but it outsold candy by a lot.

I find that hard to believe since it's not legal still in some States, and the failure of some states to do it correctly. NYC has more illegal weed stores than legal, no one trusts the legal ones.

California is the PedoJoe of states. Just like PedoJoe, they can fuk up anything. If states want to get in the legal MJ industry, make the stores convenient and not overly taxed or regulated. Otherwise, the street vendor will adjust.

The taxes on the weed products is insane. In Ct and Ma anyway. Though to be fair, the taxes in general are stupid in these states regardless. (though repubs and dems in CT both worked together and got a bill to the governors desk to reduce the state income tax in a significant way. They are now working on getting the car and property taxes lowered as well, so that's positive stuff)

I found the article below. Interesting stats in there.

I've been on enough message boards to see many posters chime in with "legalize it and tax the Hell out of it". A bunch of idiots. The issue is to make the taxes reasonable to get people to buy it the convenient way not to keep pushing them to the underground market.

Since I'm not turning off my ad blocker to read the article, I will say that an opportunity exist for both to reap profits. Make an ad along the lines of smoke dope and getting the munchies. "When you get them, eat chocolate."

Yeah, asking for more taxes is pretty ridiculous. especially when the tax rate is stupid high. (no pun intended) If I were still a big weed smoker, I do once in a great while if I can't sleep at night for a few nights in a row, I am pretty sure I would get it from off the "streets" instead f the legal route. JMO

It works!! Killed the funk in Bocephus's room. I stick it in there every few days to kill the funk! It is NOT OZONE and I can't speak to the killing if virus because we usually don't get sick. But it kills funky odors so I have to assume it is killing the bacteria and viruses. SKOL!
