I'll see if I can find what I had. Outside of just straight distrust for a lot of what the medical community did during COVID, I was looking up was what the vaccine itself was preventing. Polio, for example. There are few cases of paralytic polio. Polio has had many botches vaccines over the years, lots of vaccine induced Polio right now. Polio is higher in countries that don't have as much water treatment as we do here in the US because it's transferred via contaminated feces. I'm sure that the vaccines play a part in that as well but that's a very high level overview. This is pretty much all from memory so I may be missing something.

Our pediatrician was willing to work with us on scheduling them as we were comfortable which was nice.

You are correct that it's hard to find information going against the vaccines. You really have to piecemeal lots of different things together.

We had similar experience with our Ped's when our kids were younger. We didn't do the vax schedule that they preferred, but instead, waited and spread them out further. No flu or covid shots though for our family.

I started doing iodine nasal rinses because of this guy. I had never done a nasal rinse of any kind prior to Covid. His interview with Rogan is still one of my favorites.

I was actually just thinking about this recently. What dilution are you doing when you mix it? I've got the iodine and the droppers, but haven't tried actually doing it yet.

I was actually just thinking about this recently. What dilution are you doing when you mix it? I've got the iodine and the droppers, but haven't tried actually doing it yet.

Here is the link to the Rogan podcast. McCullough starts talking about nasal sprays around 39:00. He says two teaspoons of the iodine mixed with 6 oz. water (boiled and cooled). I take this mix and fill two of these nasal sprayers then I put the extra in a plastic container with a lid. As part of my morning routine, I spray 3-4 squirts up each nostril, snort and spit, then gargle with a little bit of the extra iodine mix from the plastic container. Then I gargle with Scope followed by brushing my teeth. If I remember, when I get home from being in public for an extended amount of time, I do a nasal spray and rinse as well.
