Been trying to find info on one of my old rusty machetes but can't find anything useful online.
Would be great to establish a rough idea of a manufacture date incase it's historically significant, and maybe shouldn't be left in the shed slowly rusting away, as it has.

Is anyone familiar with these Martindale "Croc" machetes?
(The darker one is mine, the other is an image overlay of the closest match I could find online, but the stamps differ.)

Since I've had this one(15+years), I've cleared several kms of Gorse along fence lines and honed about an inch off the original blade from sharpening.

Current stats are,...
Blade length(+curve): ~20.6"
Full length: ~23.6"

Cheers

Great numbers, great economy. Basement dummy and short bus Yellen straight out delusional.

Worst numbers in over 40 years. And the number last year was bad, so the comparison should be reasonable. Wait until the slower months last year hit in late summer and fall

That has to go back to the days of empire, when England still made things and had a closed colonial market.
