NOLA teen who murdered Linda Frickey had a previous carjacking case dropped​

The title says it all. The horrific death of Linda Frickey would not have happened if DA Jason Williams had not dropped the case against the feral 17-year-old who dragged her and ripped her arm off during the carjacking this week. NOLA is lost. The criminals and feral animals who should be incarcerated or punished for crimes walk free.





These circumstances around this heinous crime make me irate. It should have been avoided.

There needs to be a massive wrongful death suit filed against the DA and NOLA for a billion or two. Make it hurt.

Looks like he is going after the companies/campaigns/foundations/entities as well as the individuals themselves. This is going to get very expensive for many of the not well to do. I suspect we will see/hear of some of the bit players settling in return for them getting diarrhea of the memories. Does Perkins Coie sacrifice Elias and Sussmann to save their firm? I'm sure they have documents from Elias and Sussmann which show the firm in bad light but likely show Elias and Sussman in neon light. I hope the money asked for is in the billions, so high that their insurance companies refuse to pay and cancel their coverage. Will be very hard to get other companies to insure them during this suit. Likely the John Does are well know media members and the CEOs of the news corporations. Bezos needs to be named as does Dorsey, Gates, Zuckerberg, the Google owners and others.

That is why they laundered EVERYTHING through Perkins Coie to get attorney/client privilege to attach and prevent discovery. However, Durham’s investigatory/prosecutory powers can get around this, set a basis for illegal activity, and break to privilege — which he has already done to a certain extent.

If it gets past the dismiss motion it could tie up those people's and organization's assets which will be needed to defend themselves rather than be used for their nefarious activities. A suit this massive could prompt some insurance companies to balk at paying which would lead to additional expensive legal fees to the defendants.
