I’ve done a couple of 8hr ridealongs with the police in my town and when you talk about unregistered and uninsured it’s referring to the majority being Hispanics and a few Somalis. Because of a paperwork nightmare dealing with them a lot of this is overlooked unless they think it is gang related or involves alcohol.

This doesn't work. Who gets to decide which laws are just minor technical violations? The only thing I care about is if a law is constitutional. If it is, then fucking obey it or go to jail. Regardless of what color you are or how many consonants are needed to get your "gender" covered in option string assignation.

Speeding 1 MPH over the speed limit is not a criminal violation. You're digging a hole. And if someone is driving with shit blocking their view illegally, I damn sure want officers to be able to stop them.
It’s not obtuse, it is systemic destruction of the police force and their authority. No crime for driving illegally. No crime for shoplifting. No bail. Where do you stop? It is all tied together by the same groups.
We have a president who touches children, who do not want them touching them, nominating a judge who dismisses cases of pedophiles. (same guy had his daughter write in her diary that she took inappropriate showers with her father as a child) I use to think they were just nominating this lady because of the color of her skin.
