Remember earlier in Portland DT did deputize NG troops whem the riots were going on so that they could make arrests of people committing federal crimes.
So yes it has happened for sure just this last year when Portland was on fire.

Did they accidentally post it at 11:45, instead of 12:45, then delete it and now re-post it? Why would it matter what time it was posted, unless there is some methodology to it?

This is nothing, ports are crazy backed up right now. I have a container sitting on a vessel docked outside of LA. It was due to clear customs 1/6 and will not until later this month due to the back log. Companies getting their final containers before the Chinese New Year.

How many false positives could have been created from this flawed protocol? Enough to shut it all down, leading to MIV's and mask gestapo?
