This administration is despicable in thought and action. Pray for our military, its family members who are hurting, and our country. We are lead by Morons.

Forgive me for my butchered grammar. I was not inferring Biden was a strong leader. By alpha I mean, in general, the president of the MFing USofA should be an Alpha of the highest order. Pudding has never been anything but a spineless piece of shit his entire career.

He's letting Man have his way. Men don't want God - they think they know better, and God is letting Man's arrogant stubbornness work itself out... for now.

Replying to myself as promised after interesting visit and chat with my local Doc.

She is the daughter of a Family Doc and a mother of young (~5-12 yo kids). Has been always a straight shooter and always very practical on her approach to all things medical in my world. All about the odds and the risks.

Also, killer set of wheels which one can't check out any more cuz she's all Covid-dressed now, complete with mask and footies. But I digress.

In no particular order here's what we discussed:
- Was on board with Vitamin C, D, Zinc as a prophylactic and believed it was somewhat effective but was hesitant on Ivermectin. I had anticipated this so, like many on here, got a script from Dr. Frank Lee - 28 3mg for $7 on my BCBS.

- She said that her "sources", (FDA, CDC) official stance is that it was useless and potentially dangerous. I put some India on her and the Noble Prize on her - she knew of Nobel prize and uses in the past - did not know about India. She then said something super-scary. "there's not much to actually research and it's completely taboo to actually research it for someone like me". Didn't tell me not to take it. So I start tomorrow.

- She was not pushy on the vaccine but did say the risks of the jab were non-zero as were the risks of not getting it. Both of which she admitted were, "low" which is why I think she didn't push - very consistent with how she's approached everything in the past 12+ years, including like Prostate Cancer. She did call BS on a main reason for hesitation = the football analogy where the vaccine protects you from Covid but lowers your immune system for other things. Defense will only tackle the running back, etc. Said that made no sense to her.

- She did not know that Pfizer is not really FDA approved and when I told her the legal situation story, she was really surprised and said she'd research. Did say that it is a major hesitation point for many of her patients that these companies have immunity from lawsuit if it harms them so peaked her interest.

- Said she would not give me the antibody test but that you can get it anywhere like CVS.. No test available for the T-cells which is the most important.

- Also is squarely on the side that we (USA) hugely over-test for it which is why our numbers look so much worse than the rest of the world. Her M.O. for her patients and own children is she does not allow a test without symptoms. Said that folks have gone absolutely insane with the testing. Most shocking admission of the day, really. She was adamant,"Stop Testing !".

- Doc said she knows that there is unlimited info from all sides out there and if you try to read it all and make sense of it, it will make you crazy. This from a practicing doc.

- Med Tech that checked me in and took my BP, etc, asked me if I'd had the jab and I said no. She volunteered that she will do anything in her power to avoid the jab. When I asked her if she wanted to share her reason, she said, "too many to really list but I'm not getting a government-made vaccine made to fight a government-made virus. Dang. From a medical professional.

- Overall impression was that I was actually on similar footing with a practicing doctor on all the issues and at times felt I was mentoring her. All from the fantastic efforts of everyone on here. Thought I would take the time to give a little back with personal experience today.
