In reference to the codemonkeyz posts about the dominion server network connectivity posts.
I took time to go thru and read all his posts on telegram about the dominion Server.
After reading all his posts, I don't think that is Ron Watkins posting. He seems to have no understanding of BIOS or hardware. Maybe he has never been a hardware guy. Just a Code junkie that is dependent on someone else to give him a system he likes? Some of those exist, but his posts also display a great lack of logical thinking ability. That is not something the real Ron Watkins lacks in.
How do we really know who is on Telegram? Mcafee? pfft. I think they are both larp accounts. Both similar in Q style posts.
Let me give you a couple examples of CodeMonkeyZ :
The below post is his first about this. It is a picture of an Upgrade Checklist. It is a list of tasks that need to be completed when a new Dominion Server is received by the County that is having an election. The tasks are on the left and the Responsible party for completing the task is on the right column. The redacted areas are probably the Whistleblower's account name for his/her tasks. DVS is Dominion. Whistleblower is responsible for high end tasks of Imaging (mirroring) Hard drives, Hardening, and setting up BIOS password.
Here is the first page of the actual setup instructions. Nothing nefarious here. It even says only Hard Drive C should be set as a boot device. These are standard configuration settings. They even say to disable the NIC (Network interface for Cat5/6 network connection)

The next page is just instructions on how the County can change BIOS password if they want and also set a Windows password. Nothing nefarious here.
The next page is detailed instructions on setting the BIOS boot options and drives. It specifically says to disable DVD and NIC boot options. So if the system is set up as designed, there is not Network connectivity or ability to boot from Network (or cloud). I have to believe that whoever CodeMonkeyZ on Telegram is, well, he didn't have any understanding of what he was posting here.

The guy in the video saying that the Dominion machines are designed to not be connected to a network or the internet is confirmed by the above setup guidelines. No idea if the guidelines were followed.
This does not prove anything or disapprove anything.
If someone wanted to change the setup settings, it would be easy with the appropriate access/password. They would also then have to connect the server to a network cable.
