Wife is pregnant with our 3rd ( currently have 14 month old twins). Looking to sell our starter house and buy bigger. Any advise would be helpful.

Try to keep it in your pants and spread things out a bit? Other than that, not a good time to buy right now.
Depends on where you live, but it’s definitely a seller’s market right now. I’d consider selling your house, probably at a profit, and renting a larger house until the market cools off a bit.
We tried for five years to have a baby so it really is a miracle that we are on our third. We plan to put our house on the market on Monday. We have family nearby if, god forbid, we have to live with them for a month or two before we find a house to buy. We have one that we like, but not sure it will still be available by the time our house sales.
I just looked at the first pic I posted, what is wrong with her titty? Maybe she has a stub for her left arm? All I have to say is sorry.

Sell the house now, rent for 6 months to a year and wait for the market to crash and buy a foreclosure....
What ever you do don't sell your house too cheap and then expect to find another one quickly. Houses are flying off the market right now, often with bidding wars to buy. I'd have something lined up other than living with a family nearby if it were me.

Irish triplets? Ouch.
You will survive. We had a girl and 15 months later twin boys. We burned through a few nannies but it was fun overall.
