right...................since we are going down that road, i would assume the height of the giant would be above 35000 feet, as that would be the height at which, ( in memory ) people would not really be visible............one who need an oxygen tank to breathe as the oxygen content at that elevation is not even enough for people to survive long........for a little bit, but not for long.........plus who better have quite a toboggan, lest your head would be frozen............much taller than that, and your blood flowing to your head would, in fact, boil, which would not be good. So, the moment one grew that tall, and massive, assuming many other laws were broken, you would die by head explosion......................

Read an article years ago which explained that our general size is relatively perfectly balanced for surviving within the physical parameters dictated on Earth, whereas if we were to become larger, all-sorts of organ failures would quickly become apparent, leading to death.
